The Job Functions
- Manage the general administrative tasks of the company including the head office, showrooms and branches
- Handling employee recruitment, selection and exit interviews
- Support and develop performance evaluations and individual development plans
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related policies, procedures, and programs to employees and management
- Handle employee relations matters, including training, development, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
The Person
- Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of proven industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
