HR & Admin Executives (Junior/Senior)

The Job Functions

  • Manage the general administrative tasks of the company including the head office, showrooms and branches
  • Handling employee recruitment, selection and exit interviews
  • Support and develop performance evaluations and individual development plans
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related policies, procedures, and programs to employees and management
  • Handle employee relations matters, including training, development, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

The Person

  • Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 2-4 years of proven industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
