Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date of your order.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

  • What if my order is late?

We’ll let you know straight away if your estimated delivery time has changed. Of course, some delays are beyond our control but if this happens we will make every effort to keep you informed. Returns and Cancellations


  • Can I make changes to my online order?

If you want to make any changes to your order, email us on ______________, or call us on ____________ for further assistance. Please keep in mind that not every piece of furniture is the same, so there might be variations between batches. Also, changing your order may delay your delivery and could alter the price you’ve been quoted. Please not that changes to your order can only be made prior to delivery.   • I noticed the furniture is damaged. What do I do?

In the first instance, please inform the delivery team and ask them to make a note of the fault/s on the delivery paperwork. This will then be reported back to the store where you purchased the item. In turn they will then contact you with the course of action to be taken to rectify the situation. If our delivery team have left and you notice a fault, please contact the store immediately quoting your order number.

Any obvious fault must be notified to the store within 7 days, if you fail to do so you may lose your right to reject the goods.

  • What if my item is not available due to limited stock availability?

It is extremely rare for this to happen and, as such, this is dealt with on an individual basis. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you directly and make arrangements to refund your payment as quickly as possible.

  • What if I need help selecting something that will work in my space?

Finez Capital Ventures’ dedicated sales staff are trained to help to make sure your furniture choices are a correct fit for your home.

  • What if my furniture does not fit?

Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the furniture you’ve ordered does not fit, where it’s too big for the room or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or entrances. So, when you order your furniture, it’s important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible.

Finez Capital Ventures’ specialists will ask you for the measurements to your entryways to make sure your furniture choices will disassemble properly to fit through your entryway.




  • What are the payment options online?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

  • Do I have to pay in full or can I pay a deposit when paying online?

If your order is eligible for a deposit payment, the payment page will notify you this as an option and provide details on how to proceed. If you proceed with this option, the remaining balance will then be debited automatically, from the given payment method, prior to delivery. Please note, customers will only be contacted if there is an issue with this.

  • I’m concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
